Process: Technical Support/ Customer Service/ Night shift/ Voice

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Candidates must have good communication in English.

• Candidates must have Experience in Technical Support (Inbound Candidates must know how to close their own calls or at least can pitch the calls.)

• German/Polish speaking candidates are preferable.

• Should be flexible in working in Night Shift

• Candidates must be flexible with rotational offs

• Candidate must be comfortable in working 6 days a week.
