1st Edge is seeking a multimedia designer to produce and manage various media representing the company, products, and capabilities. It is expected the candidate will know or can rapidly learn high level concepts from military, missile defense and artificial intelligence technology. However, creativity and storytelling abilities are the most important talents required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following tasks:

• PowerPoint
  • Create themes and templates for presentations
  • Create and maintain library of graphical elements
  • Assist in creation of presentations
  • Assure presentation professionalism and quality
• Video Production
  • Storyboard videos for promoting technical capabilities
  • Capture and edit content
  • Music and voice over
  • Final edit and production
• Software Documentation
  • Create User Manuals for software products
  • Ensure wiki content is current and accurate
• UI/UX Design
  • Assist UI/UX team with wireframes, studies, and UI testing

Essential job skills include:

• High proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Word
• High proficiency in all aspects of video editing and production
• Technical writing
• General computer skills

Note: Please provide portfolio illustrating graphic and video skills

Desired skills:

• Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
• Ability to work closely with others for content, but self-motivated to achieve independent goals
• Ability to craft messaging for clear, engaging communications

General Requirements:

• Ability to attain a Security clearance

• US Citizenship required

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphics Design or related major
