We are looking for vibrant & driven to join our team focused on delivering innovative solutions to our clients. You will be part of some of the most exclusive projects around the globe, working with teams trying to solve the most complex challenges. You will get to work with best-of-breed tech platforms & tools and will play an active & vital role in bringing our solutions to market.
What will you be doing?
As a Product Manager Intern, you’ll gain first-hand experience creating imaginative solutions for our clients and see your ideas become a reality. You will work alongside the C-suite to develop technology solutions for a real client challenge. At the end of your internship, you’ll be considered for a full-time position that starts upon completing your degree program.
- Work with business partners to help identify and define product initiatives.
- Help build business cases using competitive analysis, market and customer research, and loads of data.
- Craft hypotheses for new features or enhancements
- Partner with our development teams to facilitate decision-making, propose alternative solutions, and help identify gaps in our product and our business
- Collaborate with development teams through the development cycle to ensure features meet the desired business goals.
- Partner directly with product owners to ensure stories are clearly defined and accurately communicated
- Iteratively answer ongoing questions when refining features and communicating product benefits to internal stake holders.
- Engage with user research and experience design teams to create mock-ups and prototypes.
- Using online tools, analyze and report on product test results.

- Working towards a BS/BA degree in business administration, business management, engineering, economics, or a related area
- On track to graduate between August 2023 and July 2024
- Considerable aptitude for analyzing business requirements and defining solutions to address complex business needs
- Strong academic track record
- Relevant leadership experience from community organization involvement or previous employment
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt and flex in a highly creative and collaborative multidisciplinary environment
- Passion for all things interactive and digital
- Passion for working as a Product Manager within the consulting space
