Job Description

About the position
We are looking for vibrant & driven Marketing & Communications Interns to join our team focused on delivering innovative solutions to our clients. You will be part of some of the most exclusive projects around the globe, working with teams trying to solve the most complex challenges. You will get to work with best-of-breed tech platforms & tools and will play an active & vital role in bringing our solutions to market.

What You Will Be Doing:
As a Marketing Strategy Professional Intern, you will help support the marketing strategy and execution for our product & brand. You will be an instrumental part of building our brand through storytelling, product positioning, and communications. Duties include integrated communication planning, website and microsite support, social marketing support, assistance in content creation and curation, strategic input support, long-term calendar planning and integration efforts, and other duties as assigned.

Website Support:

  • Assist in managing content for websites through WordPress or other similar Content Management Systems
  • Project management for website evolution and site development
  • Management of content for microsites, Press releases, and other external communications

Social Medeia Support:

  • Assist in content creation and content curation for social media posts
  • Management support of social media calendars
  • Ongoing social listening, sentiment reporting, and content recommendations

Content Creation Support:

  • Provide input for content creation support leveraging internal and external graphic designers and social efforts
  • Asset management (photos and video) to ensure processes adhered to ensure appropriate permissions of materials
  • Review and provide strategic feedback on captured footage to ensure brand and legal compliance

Marketing Strategy/Brand Management Support:

  • Brand strategy support in the development of roadmaps, integrated communication plans

 

Qualifications

  • Rising Senior or recent graduate majoring in Business Marketing, Sales, Sports Marketing or related field
  • Foundational knowledge of marketing platforms such as websites, social media, print, digital media, CRM, outdoor and/or collateral
  • Basic design skills using Photoshop, Illustrator and other creative tools
  • Ability to multi-task and meet quick deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think critically and make recommendations based on data analysis, business needs, and guest experience
  • Ability to build positive professional relationships to achieve results
  • Detail-oriented; process oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
