Job Description

We are looking for vibrant & driven to join our team focused on delivering innovative solutions to our clients. You will be part of some of the most exclusive projects around the globe, working with teams trying to solve the most complex challenges. You will get to work with best-of-breed tech platforms & tools and will play an active & vital role in bringing our solutions to market.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Assist project teams with various aspects of  technical, operational, business, and/or product requirements
  • Assist Project and Program Managers in maintaining records of projects requirements, issues, risks, decisions, and schedules
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to project stakeholders
  • Develop, track, and report key business metrics
  • Utilize various PM software and tools to complete assignments and tasks
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Liaise with other areas to resolve information or project requests by department staff
  • Compile and analyze information and develop reports, proposals, or documents
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records on all projects assigned

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle & Agile methodologies
  • Project Management experience (inclusive of internships) with software development projects a plus
  • Excellent time management, communication, presentation and organization skills
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, MS Teams), JIRA, Confluence, Wiki or similar tools/technologies
  • The ability to take on challenges and address problems head-on
  • Strong ability to collaborate
  • Highly driven, resourceful and results-oriented
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Not afraid to ask questions, take initiative and share ideas

What You Need For This Position:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, CIS/MIS, or a related field, graduating in  December 2023 or later or have graduated in the past 6 months
  • Strong communications skills, specifically, the absence of repeated grammatical or typographical errors, clear and concise written and spoken communications, and communications that demonstrate professional judgment.

Work Hours: Flexible hours to accommodate school & class schedules

Travel Requirements: Option to work from the WeWork office in Tysons Corner or Remotely.
