We are scaling rapidly across international markets and seek a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to be the process owner for our activities across B2C, B2B, and institutional channels.

Role Overview
As CRO, you will report directly to the CEO and serve as a core member of the executive team, responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing revenue-generating operations across the organization. You will define the commercial vision and support the performance of our sales, partnerships, and customer success functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and improve all functions and processes related to revenue-generating functions and drive the global revenue strategy.
- Optimize the entire revenue funnel, from lead generation to customer retention, ensuring efficiency and performance at every stage.
- Implement best-in-class CRM and performance measurement tools to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Develop systems to report on revenue performance, forecasting, and commercial KPIs to the CEO and board.
Develop a deep understanding of our customers, markets, and channels to identify new commercial opportunities.
Qualifications

- 5–10+ years of work experience in both formal environments such as consulting, as well as revenue leadership roles (such as RevOps) in fast-growing, venture-backed start-ups.
- Experience or international consumer businesses is a big plus.
- Proven track record of scaling the revenue function of companies with product-market fit from Series A to pre-IPO.
- Strong leadership background in working with distributed teams across sales customer success.
- Deep understanding of CRM and sales enablement tools as well as an understanding of how to drive sales performance with AI.
- Analytical and data-driven with exceptional forecasting, budgeting, and commercial modeling capabilities.
- Experience launching and optimizing GTM strategies across global markets.
- Passion for education, accessibility, and making global impact through digital innovation.
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
