We are hiring an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)—a highly strategic, execution-focused operator who will drive international expansion, business development, and market presence.

This role is designed for a proven startup builder and leader who thrives in high-stakes environments. The EIR will work directly with the leadership team and investors to scale the business and execute growth initiatives.

Role Overview & Responsibilities

As an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at LeveX, you will act as a founder-like operator, tasked with growthing the business in various dimensions. You will identify, strategize, and execute key growth initiatives across product, sales, marketing, PR,  partnerships, and operations—with direct P&L impact.

Your Mission:
🔹 Build & optimize new revenue streams in trading, DeFi, institutional crypto, and new asset classes.
🔹 Own key business development initiatives, negotiating deals that drive adoption [CS1] and volume.

🔹 Identify & execute high-value partnerships—build relationships with exchanges, institutions, and fintech players.
🔹 Work directly with investors & leadership to refine company strategy, OKRs, and revenue growth plans.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ 5-10 years of working experience in startups and venture building, strategy

✅Founder-level commercial and hands-on mindset—has launched, scaled, or led expansion at a startup, ideally in FinTech or Digital Assets. 
✅ Strong operator & execution muscle—ability to lead, manage, and drive multiple high-impact projects at once.
✅ Exceptional business development & dealmaking skills—has closed high-value B2B deals, partnerships, or acquisitions.
✅ Deep market understanding of trading, crypto, fintech, and emerging digital asset trends.
✅ Proven ability to drive user growth, revenue expansion, and operational scaling.
✅ Ability to work across teams (Product, Growth, Marketing, BD) and align stakeholders towards execution.
✅ Relentless drive to win—self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset, and thrives in high-pressure environments.

💡 Preferred: Experience in crypto exchanges, DeFi, trading, hedge funds, or venture-backed fintech companies.
