• Development and management of the financial department including controlling, accounting, taxes and financing by introducing and optimising international financial standards throughout the Group
• Setting the strategic direction of the finance department in alignment with the overall company strategy
• Implementation of financial and legal structures for financial transactions
• Business Intelligence to improve cash flow and other main financial KPIs of the company
• Full ownership of our international P&L and cash flow processes, ongoing consolidation and audit processes, investor reporting as well as planning and leading future investments
• Ownership of the financial model of the company
• Support of fundraising for equity and debt financing

• Several years (5+) of professional experience in a leading position in the investment banking, M&A and/or as CFO in a start-up with strong growth in an international environment
• Ability to push our vision into short-, mid- and long-term financial decision and having all departments in mind
• Relevant knowledge and contacts in the structured finance discipline to leverage our future debt financing
• Proven track on delivering a strategic financial roadmap including growth ambitions and respective potentials
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to work operationally for maximum added value with an analytical spirit to make proposals for improvements combined with a data driven mindset
• Experience in accounting and the preparation of financial reports according to IFRS and HGB
• Experience in dealing with investors, ideally also in a venture context
• Business fluent in German and English
