10x Value Partners is the think tank and investment firm established by serial entrepreneur and investor Christian Schroeder. We focus on value investing across a number of asset classes (technology start-ups, real estate, private debt and special situations).

We are looking for an experienced investment professional to help manage our portfolio, deal execution and investment team. You will be working directly with the founders and get exposure to a number of deal scenarios with a focus on early stage tech investments:

• Screen incoming investment opportunities and conduct/oversee due diligence. 
• Work on the execution of c. 20 early stage investments per year. 
• Keep track off and manage performance of existing portfolio.
• Manage a team of 2-3 junior investment professionals.

• You have 3-5 years of work experience in investment banking, consulting or private equity, with a minimum of 2 years of active investing experience. 
• You have been consistently outstanding in anything you did (for example top graduate of your class, co-founded successful business on the side, worked at the most reputable firms in your industry, etc.).
• You must be extremely entrepreneurial minded and have great business judgement. 
• You have experience in managing small teams of high performers. 
• You must be able to work independently with little guidance and great accuracy.
