10x Value Partners is the think tank and investment firm established by serial entrepreneur and investor Christian Schroeder. We focus on company building value investing across a number of asset classes (technology start-ups, real estate, private debt and special situations).

Joining us will be very challenging and rewarding. You will work on setting up one or several companies simultaneously: 

• Work on the ideation of start-up ideas, help build internal conviction and create fund-raising materials.
• Help recruiting co-founder teams and early executives. 
• Participate in the launch of new ventures and gain experience getting companies off the ground.
• Work directly on solutions with our companies' executives and thereby experience significant personal growth and development.

• You have a very entrepreneurial mind-set and hands-on attitude
• Ideally, you have previously been a founder of a successful company ($$$ raised and/or successful exit) and/or have worked with an incubator/accelerator
• You have a proven track record of personal, academic and professional achievements
• You have a high degree of comfort with analytics, numbers and the capability to draw decisions based on both intuition and data
• You can effectively work in an independent, structured and goal-oriented manner
• You are team oriented and ambitious
• You are an expert user of Excel and PowerPoint
