10x Value Partners is the think tank and investment firm established by serial entrepreneur and investor Christian Schroeder. We focus on value investing across a number of asset classes (technology start-ups, real estate, private debt and special situations).

We are looking for a business-minded journalist to join our investment firm and work hand-in-hand with our senior leadership. Joining us will be very challenging and rewarding. In this role, you will compile information and data of various topics and combine the findings into compelling articles and stories.

Responsibilities:

• Working with the founder on various topics related to entrepreneurship, economics, policy making, etc.
• Writing compelling articles based on your research and data analysis.
• Optimising articles for search engine indexing and page rank, including title tags, page descriptions, alt text, internal links, etc.
• Monitoring article performance website analytics and working with team members to boost engagement on other channels.
• Creating and publishing communication materials like website content and slide decks that cater to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Working with the graphics to explore and prepare data for maps, charts and other data visualisation projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

• You have 1-3 years of demonstrated experience working on writing about business subjects using research and data.
• You have a strong grasp on trends shaping the world in the fields of business and the economy. 
• You are able to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
• You have exceptional organisational skills and a proven ability to work collegially with others.
• You must be able to work independently with little guidance and great accuracy.
• You possess perfect knowledge of the English language, German would be a small plus. 
• Knowledge of the venture capital industry is a plus.
