As a Recruiting Manager (m/f) you will be responsible for filling open positions

• Supporting the holding and portfolio companies through finding the best candidates and giving them a positive candidate experience
• Selection of qualified candidates together with the respective stakeholders through phone and personal interviews and coordinating the diagnostic recruitment process
• Actively recruiting and speaking to potential candidates using targeted active-sourcing-measures

• You are have obtained a first-class university degree, ideally in an HR related field such as psychology
• You are excited about recruiting/people and you enjoy using alternative and unconventional ways to fill your positions with the best candidates
• You are a self-driven, responsible, nice and friendly person with good communication skills and a long-term oriented view on company relationships with employees
• You are fluent in German and English in speech and writing
