• Taking co-founder level responsibility for building an innovative tech company
• Driving the IT roadmap and product vision as well as to ensure constant innovation in the company / the IT department
• Overall strategic responsibility for the IT development department, software architecture, quality assurance, release management, applications management and product development
• Providing day-to-day guidance and oversight of subordinates; actively working to motivate, develop, promote and recognize performance
• Implementation of processes, communication flow and structures in IT

• You have the strong desire to found a company, but you want to get support for finding the right idea and getting the company off the ground
• You have an outstanding degree in IT or a related subject
• You have several years of experience in technical and supervisory management of a large IT team with a focus on software development
• You have a proven track record of personal, academic and professional achievements and in planning and executing large IT projects
• You have experience in agile software development and a structured way of working
• You are a multifaceted individual with a strategic and visionary way of thinking combined with a high degree of technical knowledge and excellent leadership skills
• You possess the ability to quickly grasp complex information and prepare it appropriately for different stakeholders
• You have the willingness to work in an unstructured / entrepreneurial environment
• You are a highly effective communicator with the ability to manage employee and business relationships at ease
• You are team oriented and ambitious
• You are fluent in English
