Job Description
The Marketing Intern will be responsible for supporting the execution of marketing initiatives, assisting in content creation, market research, event planning, and campaign execution. This role provides hands on social media in & content marketing efforts, working closely with the marketing team to drive engagement and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Content & Creative Execution:
Assist in executing the monthly content strategy, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
Coordinate with stakeholders to support creative asset development (media & content teams).
Assist in creating social media content, including posts, captions, and basic graphic edits.
Ensure all content is published as per schedule across various digital platforms.
Marketing Campaign Support:
Assist in the execution of brand campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are met within deadlines.
Support social media marketing efforts by conducting keyword research, optimizing content, and monitoring performance.
Help manage and update marketing databases, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Stakeholder & Business Support:
Collaborate with the content, sales, media teams to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and marketing materials for business meetings.
Offline Event Coordination:
Support the marketing team in planning and executing offline events.
Engage with attendees, ensuring a seamless event experience.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track and report on marketing campaign performance, gathering key insights for improvement.
Conduct basic market research to identify trends and competitor strategies.
Provide weekly updates on assigned tasks and progress.
Qualifications
Final Semester or recent graduation from a degree program in Communications, Marketing or a related field.
Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
Strong coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Experience in event planning and execution is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for social media content, reports, and presentations
