10MS is looking for a dynamic female junior associate to act as a catalyst for a grant based project on female STEM graduates. We are looking for someone who is a go-getter, life-long learner and willing to grow with us.

Job Details:
Job Location: Mohakhali DOHS
Job Modality: Contractual
Duration: 12 months (Chance to expand for 1+ year)
Remuneration: As per company policy

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to research initiatives related to women in STEM, university and employers (landscape analyses, user research/interview, etc.)
- Support the 10MS and delivery of in-person workshops, and maintain liaison between external stakeholders for events, competitions, and mentorship programs for women in STEM fields.
- Lead communications and engagement with key stakeholders like universities, industry partners, students
- Assist 10MS to implement placement support for the STEM graduates.
- Participate in monitoring activities and assist external partners to produce period reports.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any STEM discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Passionate about women's empowerment in STEM fields

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of part-time work experience or heavy co-curricular activities involvement.
- Research background (academic projects, publications etc.)
- Experience in female STEM related programs
