Brief about the Role

The Front Desk Officer plays a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of the designated offline center by managing reception duties, maintaining teacher entry and exit records, and providing excellent customer service to potential consumers.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, students, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the reception area, including answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and directing visitors to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Keep track of teacher entry and exit times, maintaining accurate records for attendance and payroll purposes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and resolve any visitor or staff queries promptly.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing meeting rooms as needed.
  • Provide information about the organization's programs, services, and facilities to visitors and potential consumers.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient front desk operations.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled or graduated from any UGC approved university in Bangladesh.
  • Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
