10 Minute School is currently seeking part-time candidates for the role of Affiliate Relationship Officer Program for our Affiliation Sales Channel. This position entails facilitating communication with affiliates to drive both Activation and Retention efforts.

Job Details

Role: Affiliate Relationship Officer
Salary: BDT 8,000.
Working Hours: 24 Hours/Week
Job Location: Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka.
 

ARO (Activation) Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular communication with affiliate partners to assist them in achieving their initial sales.
• Act as a central point for addressing and resolving affiliate issues and grievances, reporting on a daily basis.
• Respond to affiliate inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
• Monitor and evaluate affiliate performance, offering feedback and implementing optimization strategies as needed.

ARO (Retention) Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular communication with active affiliates to provide ongoing support and advice, ensuring their continuous engagement and success.
• Address and resolve affiliates' concerns and issues promptly, maintaining a centralized log for efficient tracking and resolution.
• Offer personalized feedback and strategies to affiliates for optimizing their performance and maximizing their earnings potential.
• Analyze trends in affiliate performance to identify areas for growth and development, facilitating tailored support that promotes long-term success.

• University students from any background.
• Well diverse in Bangla & English communications.
• Good knowledge about stakeholder management.
• Proficient knowledge of Spreadsheet and Excel.

It is a plus if

• Prior experience in stakeholder management.
• Well engaged in Co-curricular activity.
