TextRecruit is looking for a DevOps Engineer to help support our new and existing web-based applications. Our DevOps Engineer works closely with our Engineering team to deploy their code, provide operational support for our new and existing applications and debugging production issues. Candidates should be able to perform functions required to deploy, configure, support and troubleshoot issues with web application environments.

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of experience in a DevOps role managing SaaS deployments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must
• Entrepreneurial spirit having ideally worked within a fast-paced SaaS and cloud-based environment
•  Experience on tools and platforms to support: 
  • Continuous testing / continuous integration
  • Auto deployment
  • Application monitoring and troubleshooting
  • User experience focused
  • Interest in understanding scaling needs of the application and company and responding with ideas/plans on how to support requirements.
