TextRecruit is looking for a bright UI/UX Designer to join our Engineering team! In this role, you should be able to deeply understand TextRecruit's software strategy and the mission of creating an industry-leading customer experience as a core competitive advantage. We strive to maintain a user-centered approach in design perspective and guide product decisions through customer understanding and development. 

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design 
• Experience in the design and user experience of web-based and mobile applications
• Generate web/mobile wireframe designs for new features/functions with the user experience considered
• Wireframes/designs to make adjustments to the existing applications in web and mobile
• Develop/generate assets for use within the application (logos, images, icons, CSS, HTML fragments)
• Work with customers, sales, tools, and users to understand how the application is used and suggest changes to drive efficiency and product usage
• Strong communication skills; ability to interact effectively w/TextRecruit leadership regarding design
