TextRecruit is a patented, intelligent messaging platform that helps employers manage two-way text and chat communication with candidates and employees. The platform can easily integrate with existing Applicant Tracking Systems or can be used independently by recruiters.

TextRecruit is looking for either a part-time or full-time Intern this summer. This will be based out of our San Jose office and begin in May. You will get hands-on, focused job experience in many aspects of our business, such as sales, business development, marketing, and accounting.

Responsibilities include:

• Working side by side with sales leadership, and business development to assist in project-based assignments (filling out vendor forms, Salesforce database management, etc)

• Perform a variety of tasks given by our team through marketing, and accounting (blog posting, social media activities, assist with collections, etc).

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree at a four-year university.

• Strong self-starter who has a willingness to learn and is capable of working independently and in a team environment

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills

• Highly organized with great attention to detail

• Knowledge of typical business software applications such as Google Docs, Sheets, Slack, and Gmail. Pages, Sketch, Photoshop a plus

• Previous startup experience a plus
