TextRecruit is the first software to give HR leaders the power to manage their recruiter's text/mobile communication in one central location, just like email. TextRecruit is a web-based, mobile recruiting software that supports recruiting teams of one to a thousand. It can easily integrate with existing Applicant Tracking Systems or can be used independently by recruiters. 

The technology is simple. You can attract candidates through an TextApply shortcode or just connect your application tracking system with TextRecruit. We then assign all your recruiters to their TextRecruit account that will be used to communicate with candidates via their computer or the mobile app. Recruiters then send and track all text messages through the system while TextRecruit stores and helps you report on all the communication in a central location. The technology tracks the candidates when they click on the job posting in the text, and reports on response rates and the click throughs. 

Job Description

  • Drive TextRecruit revenue growth through qualifying inbound leads from webinars, trials, ebooks and demo requests
  • Create net new leads through managing outreach emails & phone calls with a focus on setting appointments for the enterprise team
  • Research prospect contact information and best ways to develop a relationship
  • Cultivate and qualify new leads that turn into quality appointments
  • Cold call, prospect and pipeline building with opportunity identification
  • Educate prospects on TextRecruit's mobile recruiting solutions 
  • Work closely with CEO, Sales Director and Sales Team on various projects that are supporting the company

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a four year college with great background
  • High sales IQ, but no prior sales experience necessary
  • Computer literacy; proficient in MS Office Applications, Excel, Google Apps, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.com
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in selling technology / media solutions is a big asset
  • Team player, must have experience in High School Athletics, Playing a Musical Instrument or Competing at High Level in Something
