Line2, based in downtown San Francisco, is a cloud-based phone service that offers separate business and personal phone numbers on your mobile phone, tablet and computer. Designed for freelancers and small businesses, Line2 is a complete VoIP phone line with phone number, texting, calling, caller ID and visual voicemail. Line2 operates seamlessly over Wi-Fi and 4G/LTE networks, and provides advanced call handling and business features.

Line2 is looking for a Front-End Web developer Intern to join our team in downtown San Francisco this coming summer. You will work closely to our product and marketing team to transfer the UI/UX design to actual code. You will be part of the team delivering engaging web pages and engagement and retention email campaigns. If you’re passionate about browser based interfaces, have experience of responsive web sites, and are interested in challenge and collaboration. We want to hear from you.

• Build out new features while evolving the existing user experience of our customers.

• Develop in a cross computer, multi-tiered application environment accessing Web Services.

• Squeeze every last drop out of JavaScript, creating simple but immersive experiences.

• Collaborate with Product owners, QA and other Developers to create robust and solid software.

• Participate in Agile software projects, delivering running code as the gage of your productivity.

• Cross browser HTML/CSS knowledge, preferably HTML5/CSS3

• Understanding of responsive design

• Understanding of advance JavaScript libraries and frameworks (Backbone.js, jQuery etc.). Knowledge of PHP a plus.

• Working experience/knowledge of Drupal CMS is a plus

• Comfortable interacting with technical and non-technical team members.

• Working experience/knowledge of Hubspot is a plus

• Ability to work in San Francisco.
