Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Integrating our BI platform Domo with internal and 3rd party data.

  • Evaluating trends in customer usage and behavior to support internal customers.

  • Building dashboards reflecting KPIs and key trends.

  • Producing reports reflecting user demand, system utilization & performance.

  • Generating reports and alerts related to fraud-prevention and operations.

  • Supporting escalated requests for data or analytics from internal customers.

  • Fully owning administration of Domo.

  • Fully owning creation and maintenance of visual reporting.

  • Working with many internal teams to deliver timely results with tight delivery schedules.

  • Reporting to Director of Operations.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • To be successful in this role you will generally have:
    Capacity for creative problem solving and strategic thinking.

  • Ability to translate business questions into BI answers.

  • Ability to write and execute complex SQL queries to extract data from a variety of internal and external sources.

  • Experience with relational DB design, experience with data warehousing a plus.

  • Experience with data visualization and reporting in a 21st century Business Intelligence tool. Familiarity with Microsoft Report Server and Microsoft Environment.

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other reporting technology, experience with reporting from Hubspot and Appbot a plus.
