The languages are Wolof, Seereer and Pulaar. This will include redesign and changes and export of InDesign file to EPUB.

The expected outcomes for the Technical Consultant are:
Conversion of all described files from InDesign to EPUB:
● Wolof - In total there are 28 InDesign files in Wolof, including decodable in different reading levels, teachers guides and classroom manuals.
● Seereer - In total there are 27 InDesign files in Seereer, including decodable in different reading levels, teachers guides and classroom manuals.
● Pulaar- In total there are 28 InDesign files in Pulaar, including decodable in different reading levels, teachers guides and classroom manuals.

Some examples of format changes that are required:

● The teacher’s guides are more than 100 pages long and are formatted with double pages for print that require some restructuring.
● All materials must be visually designed to be used as single pages. This will mean re-designing pages that have been designed as 2-page spreads. We require a total quality assurance through all titles that illustrations are not visually designed over more than one page.
● Some of the books have lists of words with matching pictures. These are to be manually exported.

All titles must be technically tested for import to the GDL in close collaboration with the GDL team.
