Summary:
The candidate is expected to be highly agile, responsive and efficient to serve as an extension of the onshore team with the strong capability of data synthesis and insight generation. The applicant should be proficient in Advanced MS-Excel, have a good domain knowledge and analytics experience. Expert in Analytics, market intelligence with Pharma domain.

Tasks:
The person will be responsible for conceptualization of new projects, scoping and understanding of complex business problems, arriving at the right data set to help in problem solving, and apply the right analytical tools and techniques to answer the client’s business questions. The candidate should also be strong at Project Management to deliver high quality deliverables. The incumbent will be managing projects independently.

Requirements:
Mandatory skills needed: Pharma Analytics, Advanced Excel, Power BI (optional), experience in working with IQVIA/IMS data.

Project Management and application of Story boarding to manage projects
Managing Client relationships & ensuring transparency in the process
Contribute to development of systems/process-flows to streamline projects
