Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Self-sufficiently manage reporting responsibilities and analytical projects with guidance from senior team members
  • The manager will be focused on building a new initiative around Affiliates analytics, leveraging our BI tool (Datorama) with the end goal of using data to optimize the Affiliates program
  • Perform hands-on analyses on large volumes of transaction and customer level data
  • Work with complex data structures; manipulate and cleanse data and perform statistical analysis
  • Interpret data and analyze results to generate insights 
  • Support in delivering reports and analyses such as: advertising performance analysis, multi touch attribution analysis, website analytics, customer segmentation, survey design and analysis, cross channel analysis, brand research
  • Produce easy-to-understand, error-free, and timely deliverables that analyze user behavior and motivations online to provide actionable insights that address client business objectives
  • Participate in and support the delivery of results and presentations to internal stakeholders and clients

Qualifications

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree, MBA or Master's degree in quantitative studies preferred.  The equivalent combination of education, training and work experience may be suitable
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a quantitative business environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience working with DoubleClick ad server
  • Business Intelligence tool experience (e.g. - Datorama, Domo, Tableau)
  • Data manipulation and statistical tools (e.g. - SQL, R, Python, SAS, SPSS)
  • Knowledge of database structure and functionality
  • Multi touch attribution tools (e.g. - Google Attribution 360, Visual IQ, Convertro)
  • Web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)
  • Surveys (Lucid, Research Now, etc.)
  • Competitive monitoring tools (e.g. - ComScore, Compete, Quantcast, NetRating)
