Job Description

The Senior Associate, Investment will work cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors to develop and execute digital campaigns for a new client in the Starcom portfolio. The ideal candidate for this position is an entrepreneurial, proactive, team player with a great attention to detail who is excited about the idea of joining a new team and to shape and mold how we do business with this client. Must haves include at least one year of experience in digital media buying.  

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Steward digital, social and programmatic campaigns, which includes daily campaign activation, management, optimization and post-campaign reporting
  • Audience targeting on programmatic campaigns and assist on fun custom content programs 
  • Budget management - own budgets and optimize spend evenly throughout the campaign
  • Vendor management - support on client presentations and other client facing deliverables
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to successfully execute campaigns
  • Manage tactical planning work to issue RFP’s, select media vehicles, mapping and negotiating using various planning platforms
  • Responsible for generating and delivering various media reporting to account teams and internal finance teams both on scheduled and ad hoc basis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertisement, Communications or related field 
  • 1-2 years of investment experience required, particularly digital media
  • In-depth digital media background, with understanding of digital direct and programmatic
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong time management skills
