Job Description

Overview:
Performics is seeking rising juniors and seniors for our Internship Program in our Chicago, New York, Atlanta, and Los Angeles offices. Experienced employees will mentor interns to give them exposure to day-to-day agency business and client relationship management. Graduates of the program emerge with the skillset and knowledge to begin a successful career in the digital marketing area through a combination of on-the-job training, project assignments, and classroom training.

This is a 16 week paid internship that will start at the beginning of the 2020 winter/spring semester. Interns will complete quarterly rotations with the potential exposure to the following departments:

  • Performance Content (SEO and Conversion Optimization)
  • Performance Media (Paid Search, Paid Social, Ecommerce, Programmatic)
  • Analytics and Technology (Data Manipulation and Analysis)

 Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute digital campaign strategies
  • Assist in managing daily workflow for client programs
  • Monitor budgeting, forecasting, billing, and invoicing
  • Shadow weekly/monthly client calls
  • Keyword and website research using online tools
  • Assist with competitive reviews and program tests
  • Provide assistance as needed to account staff
  • Stay up-to-date on newest industry trends

Qualifications

  • Must be a rising junior or senior at the undergraduate level
  •  Candidates must be able to commit to a part-time schedule of 20 hours/week for the duration of the program
  •  Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  •  Must possess the ability to think analytically
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is required
  •  Exposure to digital media and analytical tools idea
