Job Description: Director, Data and Platform Solutions

Mission Statement: Leverage data and tech to drive digital marketing effectiveness for both our clients and internal teams

 Core Job functions of DPS Team

1.       Leverage data and technology to solve business problems
Includes: Data and Audience strategy across all channels and provide audience insights and recommendations for client s and internal teams. 
 

2.       Drive ad tech partnerships

                                                               i.      Includes: Evaluation, selection, setup, maintenance, roadmap, project management of ad tech partners. 
 

3.       Digital, Data and Ad Tech Education (trainings, POVs, reference guides)

·          Ad serving (Standard, dynamic, video, display)

·          Attribution (pixels, tracking, measurement, mobile, desktop)

·          Web analytics, app measurement, MTA, cross device, CPDs

·          Data Marketplace (1P, 2P, 3P landscape, best practices)

·          DMPs, on boarders, and infrastructure

·          DSPs

·          Role of platforms and tech (DPS 101)

·          Ad Verification

  

Roles/ Responsibilities: 

·       Explain core ad tech fundamentals, technology and principles both internally and to clients.

·       Help gather technical requirements from our clients and provide solutions and options to solve those needs

·       Create process and process documentation for cross team implementation of client technology needs ( Custom tagging projects, Multitouch attribution projects)

·       Collaborate with Business Development leads and senior leadership to share best practice materials and provide in-market support to those teams.

·       Act as the primary technical point of contact for our clients and escalate, track and solve issues.

·       Provide technical knowledge and information for internal strategy teams and provide unique POVs for that the team.

·       Escalate, track and solve client implementation issues from a DMP and Data perspective.

·       Maintain strong, active relationships with key Zenith stakeholders and departments

·       Become internal product experts on Zenith owned and external products and assist in creating, organizing, and disseminating information about these products.

·       Assist as needed in training new Zenith employees on the technical aspects of our role and how we work with clients.

·       Work with Zenith Product Team to help shape our roadmap based on our marketplace learnings and client feedback.

·       Offer New Business strategic development and thought-leadership
