GLOBAL STRATEGY SUPERVISOR
Ralph Lauren

Overview:
Key contributor to the Zenith Global Team, driving media effectiveness and market connectivity across the global Publicis Media network.

Role:
The position of Global Strategy Supervisor will support the delivery of key strategic initiatives across the Ralph Lauren worldwide business. This role requires a strategic thinker, with strong media fundamentals, who is resourceful, resilient, and organized. This individual will drive collaboration and cohesion across 24 local markets, to deliver excellence and lead expert practice in media communications.

Responsibilities:
•    Builds excellent working relationships with the local markets to drive global/local collaboration and fuel superior strategies and highly effective media plans.
-    Evaluates local market media plans against global guidelines
-    Contributes to global assessment of post campaign analysis
-    Ensures efficient and effective communication from global team to 24 local markets
•    Identifies new media partnerships and innovative opportunities to drive business results.
•    Conducts analysis and provides client guidance on local, industry, and category initiatives.
•    Drive efficiencies in data collection and tracking across the business. 
•    Distills data into key observations and insights to support campaign optimizations.
•    Supports the operationalization of global process and media product.
•    Supports the implementation of media tools/innovations to positively impact our work. 
•    Sensitive to the needs of a global business; completes work in a timely and accurate manner.
•    May perform other duties and responsibilities, as deemed necessary.

Communicates with:
Internal:  Zenith teams working on the Ralph Lauren business across the network.
External:  Responsible for fostering positive client relationships as well as external media partnerships. 
 

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to act with both agility and intention. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an ambition to elevate the output of the team. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.  
•    Demonstrated expertise in media planning, with a passion for media strategy.
•    Strong working knowledge of media tools.
•    Detail-oriented and proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, ever-evolving environment.
•    Excellent organizational, interpersonal and quantitative/analytical skills.
•    Ability to solve challenges with a can-do attitude; resourceful and accountable.
•    Strong leadership, communication and business writing skills.

Education/Experience:
•    Bachelor’s degree. 
•    3 years’ media planning experience.

Business Competencies:
•    Computer Skills/Software Knowledge: Microsoft Suite, Nielsen, Kantar Software, IMS, Flowchart Software, R/F and Optimization Software, Social Tracking tools, Comscore, Consumer Syndicated Tools
•    Solid written and verbal skills, with ability to present to clients, maintain client correspondence and internal documentation
•    Demonstrate ability to learn new propriety software and processes quickly and proficiently
•    Understand the strengths and weaknesses of each media type
•    Able to make independent decisions and identify priorities
•    Meet client and internal deadlines and obligations
•    Be able to identify and promote solutions
