Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Marketing Program Manager to support PubMatic’s internal and external marketing activities including managing and measuring the effectiveness of our corporate website, coordinating advertising efforts and results, driving lead generation, and content development/distribution.  This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented problem solver with an entrepreneurial spirit. He or she should feel comfortable and confident contributing creative ideas to a growing marketing team. The position will report to the Senior Director, Marketing Communications and requires high energy, creative thinking and solid analysis and writing abilities. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage corporate website, including the blog, news and event pages
  • Implement paid advertising efforts, including SEO, display and content marketing
  • Develop content for emails and external newsletters
  • Work directly with other team members to measure effectiveness of marketing programs and activities against benchmarks and help coordinate annual marketing plan
  • Liaise with finance and accounting on marketing budget
  • Coordinate with sales and sales operations to manage inbound lead tracking

Requirements:

  • 4 years business experience and 2 years marketing experience
  • Experience in digital media industry a plus
  • Excellent presentation skills with solid communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and other marketing management platforms
  • Ability to be highly responsive, work well under pressure, and work independently as well as part of a team
  • Results oriented with excellent customer focus and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and get the job done
  • 4-year college degree
