Job Description

Job Duties:

The Sr. Project Manager/Business Analyst position is responsible for the management of simultaneous highly complex software implementation projects working directly with our clients and various cross-functional teams at Phoenix American SalesFocus Solutions and doing in-depth business requirements and critical data analysis.  This person would ensure all the deliverables are met by managing project scope, implementation issues, escalations, error resolution and demonstrating creative problem solving and solid judgement/decision making by adhering to policies and procedures to meet or exceed established service level agreements.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related field.  2 Years of experience including:
  • In-depth knowledge of Software Development, Database Systems, Project management and Quality management.
  • Handling and configuring CRM and Sales Reporting solutions for Asset management firms and exposure to various data fields.
  • Strong technical aptitude pertaining to data analysis.
  • Ability to use front end and back end tools for troubleshooting data and reporting issues.
  • Proficiency in the use of standard Project Management tools and methodologies as part of the implementation process.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.  Effective presentation, organizational and planning skills.
  • PMI Certification is preferable.
