Job Description

As a Team Leader for the Omaha and Lincoln Mechanical Electrical team, you will be responsible for the overall financial performance, leadership, and management of a team. You will regularly communicate with team members on project prioritization, project, team, and firm initiatives, and team financials. You will also oversee the marketing efforts for repeat clients and represent your expertise, the team’s expertise, and Olsson.  You will collaborate with Olsson leadership to pursue additional client opportunities.

You bring to the team:

  • 10-15 years of Engineering experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working with business financials
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team
  • Experience supervising others preferred
  • Daily management and leadership for a team
