The position
Are you looking to work in a faced paced multicultural environment? Join our existing financial team and help improve the financial processes in our startup.
As a junior accountant, your initial responsibilities will evolve as MindMaze grows. These initial responsibilities will be:
- Balancing accounts and preparing balance sheets;
- Processing receipts, sales invoices, and payments;
- Ensuring that accounts are accurately monitored;
- Maintaining financial records which accurately record the business’ incoming and outgoing finances;
- Completing VAT return forms;
- Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.

Qualifications
Essential skills:
- Minimum Swiss CFC d’employé de commerce (avec Maturité) or equivalent;
- 2-3 years experience as an accountant in a commercial company in Switzerland;
- Experience working with multiple currencies (Euro, Dollar, British Pound,among others);
- Minimum B2 level in English;
- Minimum C2 level in French;
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Word;
- Strong Knowledge of accounting systems (Microsoft Navision a plus);
Icing on the cake:
A good command of German.
