A Professional Services Manager is based in the field with sleeves rolled up to deliver consulting services and manage customer engagements. You’ll use your technical knowledge and effective implementation skills to lead a team who advises our customers and ensure successful integration of our services. By doing so, you’ll empower the world’s largest companies with the analytics and knowledge to transform their business.

• Deliver consulting services through effective project, team, and customer management
• Scope and oversee engagement by managing issues, scheduling, and budgeting
• Grow revenue through the effective account management and expansion of the existing accounts
• Manage the work of the engagement team to ensure resource utilization and successful project execution
• Support direct reports in career development by providing regular feedback, coaching, and guidance

• You have a bachelor’s or equivalent degree in a business, technical, or related field
• You are a proven technical consultant with seven or more years of technology and services engagements
• Ideally you know the MicroStrategy platform or other business intelligence solutions 
• You take a strategic approach to solving business problems and tackling projects
• You are uber motivated to get the project done right and have a stellar track record of meeting deadlines
• You are customer focused because you have an unmatched ability to understand customer needs and build relationships
• You are an active listener and use varsity level communication in person and during presentations
