ITU is a non-profit, WASC accredited, graduate university offering Master’s and doctoral degrees and certificate programs in fields of business administration, electrical, computer and software engineering, engineering management,  computer science and digital arts. Job Description:

As the Manager of Transitional Partner University Programs, you will report to the Director of Global Relations Division. Your main duty is to coordinate 3+1+1 programs in China. You will assist the Director of Global Relations Division in selecting universities in China for 3+1+1 programs, developing program details and implementing the programs. You will also be responsible for developing research relations with industries in China, assisting with other office duties as needed.

• Master’s degree
• Minimum of five years experience in international exchanges
• Must be familiar with international education policies and regulations in China
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
• Must have strong decision making skills, ability to motivate, listen and connect people
• Proven customer service and has strong ethical standards
