Job Description

The role is positioned within a high-growth market unit. This is an organisation going through transformational growth (organic and inorganic).  We are an ever-evolving business, challenging and disrupting the industry standards which are too often accepted by some of our competitors in the global enterprise software space.

Our go-to-market strategy is focused on geographical and key industry verticals within a matrixed sales organization. 

We have Offices in Erlangen and Stuttgart. But we are open for mobile working and homeoffice solutions in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for new customer sales in an international corporate environment.
  • You grow with us and convince large-sized enterprises (strategical Accounts) of our IFS solution portfolio for FSM (Field Service Management) and EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) and lead the sales project from first contact till closing.
  • Independent care, support and further development of these key accounts are part of your job - including proactive identification and awakening of customer needs within the framework of existing customer relationships as well as prospective customers.
  • You will successfully establish a sustainable relation with relevant decision-makers on the customer, prospect and business partner side.
  • You will be responsible for confident interaction at technical and management level, including C-level, as well as for managing complex discussion and negotiation situations in our sales cycles.
  • Business planning and development in cooperation with the business value team: You support the development and delivery of comprehensive business plans to address the priorities and pain points of clients and prospects. You use benchmarking and ROI data to support the client's decision-making process (Business value engineering, BVE approach).

Qualifications

  • You can tell us about your previous sales successes in winning new strategic enterprise customers - ideally in the complex business software environment such as ERP, FSM, EAM, MES, EOI or similar solutions.
  • You are passionate about sales, interested in end-to-end business processes (ideal in the Manufacturing and / or Service & Maintenance industry) and cloud software solutions.
  • You convince us with your strong closing-oriented "hunter" and value-selling mentality.
  • Knowledge and application of common sales methods and concepts are your ingredients for sales success.
  • You are convincing in presentations and have a strong communication skills and professional appearance to build long-term relationships.
  • You enjoy being on the road for Business trips
  • Business-fluent German and English language skills in spoken and written form.
