This role will be primarily focused on new business development but you will be able to source sales orders from current clients in your territory to kick start your commissions

Job Description

Our Sales Managers are responsible for:

  • Oversee and manage the regional territory sales plan
  • Achieve and exceed established sales quotas
  • Recognize and develop sources of sales leads and actively seek opportunities for new sales applications.
  • Establish and maintain effective business relationships with key decision makers, ensuring a full understanding of client’s business needs and future requirements.
  • Conduct various prospecting activities such as cold calling and lead referrals, ensuring sales targets are met regularly.
  • Establish scope of work and negotiate and coordinate pricing strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals for prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs in sales CRM tool.
  • Complete all documentation required for efficient processing and closing of client orders.
  • Recommend and implement improvements in corporate practices and procedures, both within and outside department.
  • Staying current on industry trends and technologies
  • Expanding Grantek's brand by actively participating in industry organizations and attending networking events
  • Mentoring colleagues on your expertise knowledge base
  • Having fun and being challenged

Qualifications

Key-skills and interests: B2B technical sales experience, manufacturing and automation understanding,
solution selling

Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Engineering, or related area.
