• Leading the search for the best warehouse locations in all major cities in Belgium
• Identify the right opportunities and close them quickly to support us in becoming the leading quick grocery player in Belgium
• Work with our managing directors to analyze the financial and operational feasibility of potential new locations
• You are responsible for the whole deal. From finding the property till ready for business
• Simultaneously handle a variety of deals across Belgium
• Responsible for negotiation and signing process within the set timeline

• Successfully completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree and 2–3 years years of experience in retail real estate
• Comfortable working in a high paced environment
• Strong real estate network in Belgium
• Outstanding negotiation skills and proven track record of closing deals
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• You are commercially driven, like to take ownership and are willing to go the extra mile
• Very good communication skills, native in Dutch and fluent written and spoken in English
