In your role as Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) you will attract and win the best talent for Flink while also driving strategic projects such as diversity and inclusion, employer branding or recruitment analytics.

Job Description

  • Full-cycle Recruitment. Own and lead the end-to-end recruitment process for your departments and guide your hiring managers as well as senior stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  • Talent Sourcing. Leverage your sourcing skills to attract and win the best talent for Flink while building long-term relationships with talent pools and communities across the industry.
  • Diversity & Inclusion. Develop strategies how to hire for diversity and share best practices with your stakeholders on how to build a diverse workforce.
  • Employer Branding. Shape processes and initiatives to place Flink as the employer of choice.
  • Recruitment Analytics. Use data and metrics to further improve our processes as well as to develop meaningful and well thought-out recruiting strategies.
  • Knowledge Sharing. Share your knowledge with the Talent Acquisition team and act as a sparring partner for managers and fellow team members alike. 

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years talent acquisition experience, preferably with a background in high-volume recruitment and/or start-up environment.
  • Proven ability to attract and hire talent across different departments and channels while maintaining an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Passion for diversity and inclusion as well as employer branding topics.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to positively influence and improve the recruitment process.
  • High-proficiency in recruiting platforms and tools. Smartrecruiters experience is a plus.
  • Fluent English language skills, another language is a plus.
