In your role as Rider Retention & Engagement Lead you will own our rider experience strategy, being responsible for designing and executing on projects to increase the engagement and retention of our rider crew.

Job Description

  • You will get regular checks of rider pulse, analyse results, identify problem areas and suggest innovative solutions to address those
  • You will understand and represent feedback from riders in decisions across the business, collaborating and working very closely with internal and external stakeholders to solve their pain-points
  • You will manage and scale a variety of rider-related projects
  • You oversee rider communications - defining relevant channels, cycles and frequency
  • You will plan and organise regular rider engagement events

Qualifications

  • You have 4+ years of work experience in operations, project management or CX (experience at high-grow startup preferred)
  • You are an open and empathetic person excited to understand and connect with our riders 
  • You display outstanding project management skills, with a track record of projects successfully delivered and an ability to manage multiple timelines and commitments
  • You are a creative and resourceful person able to design and execute initiatives that appeal to our riders
