In your role as Rider Growth Lead you’ll be responsible for scaling our delivery fleet to match Flink’s exponential expansion while providing riders a great Recruitment & Onboarding experience.

Job Description

  • You will set the overall strategy, conceptualize and implement our global Rider Recruitment & Onboarding end-to-end processes, from sourcing and hiring to onboarding and activation
  • You will work closely with the Marketing team to ensure a diverse and efficient set of growth channels
  • You will own our global hiring tool being responsible for the set-up and maintenance of its operational and reporting capabilities
  • You will leverage data to draw insights and identify opportunities to optimize our rider acquisition strategy, funnel conversion and stage durations

Qualifications

  • You have 3+ years of work experience in operations, consulting or sales-ops (experience at high-grow or early-stage startups preferred)
  • You have a basic understanding of pipeline management and Marketing/CRM fundamentals (familiarity with Fountain is a plus)
  • You are tech-savvy and able to learn new tools and processes quickly 
  • You are a highly organized, detail-oriented and process driven person
