As (Junior) Launch Manager you will be a vital part of our expansion team that is in charge of setting up new hubs across the country to allow for more people to have access to the Flink grocery experience. Responsibilities:

• This role is key to our growth agenda within the Netherlands and is part of the expansion team
• You work closely with the expansion manager in coordinating store renovation and setup from the moment rental contracts are signed until operations are up and running a few weeks later
• Thereby you coordinate construction companies as electricians and painters to transition new locations from their prior usage (e.g. bike shop, gym, supermarket) into a Flink hub
• Once the basic renovation is done you coordinate the setup of fridges, shelfs and freezers in a way that allows for smooth operations at the specific location
• You involve future hub managers throughout this process to bring him or her up to speed in order to hand over operations once shelves are filled and everything is set up
• A few days after the new hub goes live you move on the the next project, to set up another Flink hub either in the same city or somewhere else across the Netherlands
• You enjoy seeing quick, tangible results to the work you are doing and enjoy getting your hands dirty
• This is a great role to start a career at Flink, allows for a steep learning curve and is exposed to lots of development opportunities

• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g. start-up, horeca, hotel industry), ideally in a project-oriented role
• Prior experience in dealing with construction companies is a pre
• Bachelor degree
• Willingness to travel across the Netherlands with home base ideally in the Randstad region
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• You are a team player at heart
