Job Description

The Head of Technology Operations is a key member of the Eurowag Operations leadership team and will be responsible for IT Helpdesk, Application Support, Monitoring, and more while focusing on building a great team spirit and fostering our company culture.

YOU WILL:

- Provide accountability and leadership for the IT/Technology Operations team

- Be responsible for fulfillment of all KPI’s across the teams, Management of internal Stakeholders

- Deliver quality and efficiency targets as directed by internal teams and products

- Coordinate resource deployment across all processes for the engagement (team size, span, shifts, skill sets, etc.)

- Build and maintain a central Knowledge database for the overall IT/Technology Operations, be responsible for Training, Coaching and Mentoring the Team

- Ensure procedures and processes are correct used, followed and implemented

- Set-up, maintain and improve real-time monitoring services, Report and Manage of JIRA Queue

- Be responsible for Incident + Complaint Management of EW OBU related topics

Qualifications

YOU'LL NEED:

- 6+ years of experience in IT/Technology Service desk and/or Operations environment

- Proven leadership skills of Technology teams

- Experience in the use of analytics and problem solving tools/approaches

- Exposure to process risk management

- Advanced English Language skills

- Experience with NAVision/JIRA as advantage

- Excellent relationship management skills – coordinating with different functions / stakeholders
