WE are hiring Talent Sourcing Specialist to join a great team of Talent Acquisition professionals!
You will be an essential part of the hiring process in the company, working closely with Senior Recruiters on identifying the best sourcing strategies and tools, sourcing qualified candidates for different positions internationally, providing daily support to the Team.

·       Start with job posting on various boards and platforms.

·       Source, qualify, and deliver a shortlist of highly qualified candidates for various roles using multiple sourcing tools and techniques for open positions.

·       Draft and send out recruiting emails to candidates (invitation, rejection letters etc.).

·       Coordinate scheduling interviews and handle last-minute scheduling changes.

·       Build talent pipelines for future perspectives and maintain a network of prospects through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management and sourcing campaigns.

·       Maintain ATS updated (we are using Smart Recruiters), pipeline and funnel metrics.

· Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement an effective sourcing strategy to ensure the hiring process runs smoothly.

·       Promote exceptional candidate experience and Employer Brand throughout the sourcing process.

·       University degree, 1+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcing Specialist or similar role in the HR department.

·       Familiarity with sourcing tools, HR and ATS systems.

·       Fluency in English, Czech language will be an advantage. 

·       You have a desire to learn and grow in the world of Talent Acquisition.

·       Knowledge and experience in sourcing for IT tech roles would be a great plus.

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to interact with various people throughout the organization, work collaboratively.

·       Punctuality, friendliness, sociability, positive mindset, non-conflict, responsibility, stress resistance, organizational skills, comfortable with multitasking.
