Job Description

The ideal Customer Service Representative will be responsible for performing the below job functions including but not limited to:

-Accurately enter and process purchase orders in a timely manner

-Correspond with customers and internal and external company representatives on all matters related to the order

-Diligently follow purchase orders through to completion, working with appropriate parties to quickly resolve issues that may delay timely processing

-Perform general office and clerical tasks

-Other related Customer Service/ Order Entry office duties as deemed necessary

 

Qualifications

-Prior experience entering purchase orders within a manufacturing setting/sales office environment

-Ability to prioritize and multi-task

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Professional and pleasant phone manner to service incoming and outgoing calls

-Proficiency in use of computers and related software

-Excellent organizational and time management skills

-Detail-oriented work ethic

-Knowledge of SAGE100 preferred but not required.

Additional Information

Schedule: Full-time (9am-5pm), Monday-Friday

Rate of pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour (increased to $20.00 upon successful completion of the 90 day introductory period.)
