Surveillance, Access Control and Fire applications seeks an Administrative
Assistant/ Sales and Marketing Coordinator.
Job Description
Administrative support required, but not limited to:
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, project registrations and other documents, using existing in-house forms, word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.
- Scheduling/coordinating meetings, travel, trade shows, and other company events.
- Act as the point of contact between departments to ensure all requests are being coordinated and handled properly.
- Managing, maintaining, properly interpreting and distributing company reports/forms/or pricelists to appropriate parties.
- Maintain inventory of marketing materials/ catalogues/giveaways/samples (deliverables), etc.
- Answering/screening calls and emails daily and distributing as necessary to the appropriate parties.
- Overall assistance with other company projects/duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Relevant corporate level experience of a minimum of 3 years preferably in a marketing/sales environment.
- Excellent written/oral/interpersonal communication skills are a must as this person will also serve as liaison between departments to ensure effective and seamless communication amongst all.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks/projects and meet demanding deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications, specifically, Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Professional maturity, poise and integrity in all day-to-day interactions with other department employees, senior management, as well as numerous vendors, sales representatives and customers.
- Demonstrate the utmost diplomacy and discretion in the handling of confidential documents and internal information.
- Exhibits the drive and confidence to take initiative and anticipate team needs.
- Previous experience working in the Security industry a plus.
- Proficiency in English with knowledge of Spanish a plus.
