Surveillance, Access Control and Fire applications seeks an Administrative
Assistant/ Sales and Marketing Coordinator.

Job Description

Administrative support required, but not limited to:

  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, project registrations and other documents, using existing in-house forms, word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.
  • Scheduling/coordinating meetings, travel, trade shows, and other company events.
  • Act as the point of contact between departments to ensure all requests are being coordinated and handled properly.
  • Managing, maintaining, properly interpreting and distributing company reports/forms/or pricelists to appropriate parties. 
  • Maintain inventory of marketing materials/ catalogues/giveaways/samples (deliverables), etc.
  • Answering/screening calls and emails daily and distributing as necessary to the appropriate parties.
  • Overall assistance with other company projects/duties as needed.

Qualifications

 

  • Relevant corporate level experience of a minimum of 3 years preferably in a marketing/sales environment.    
  • Excellent written/oral/interpersonal communication skills are a must as this person will also serve as liaison between departments to ensure effective and seamless communication amongst all.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks/projects and meet demanding deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications, specifically, Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Professional maturity, poise and integrity in all day-to-day interactions with other department employees, senior management, as well as numerous vendors, sales representatives and customers.
  • Demonstrate the utmost diplomacy and discretion in the handling of confidential documents and internal information.
  • Exhibits the drive and confidence to take initiative and anticipate team needs.
  • Previous experience working in the Security industry a plus.
  • Proficiency in English with knowledge of Spanish a plus.
