Job Description
Join a team that manages all customer-facing marketing email, stewards the known customer database and marketing technology/automation platforms, enables data for audience segmentation and data-driven marketing decisions, and facilitates account-based marketing campaigns with Sales.
Possible projects:
- Monitor database health and perform data cleansing updates.
- Analyze and visualize analytics to support data-driven decisions.
- Perform marketing operations functions such as process documentation/organization.
- Manage production of email creative modules designed to drive customer engagement.
Qualifications
A highly self-motivated, proactive contributor who works well as an individual and within a team environment
- Strong project management/prioritization skills with an ability to multi-task
- The ability and willingness to learn new skills and software tools
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with great attention to detail

- Ability to adjust in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Stand-out Qualifications:
- Database/relational database management
- Familiarity with SharePoint
- Experience with Marketing Automation or CRM software
- Experience with Analytics/Visualization tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI)
- Experience in the semiconductor industry or other high-tech manufacturing.
Education:
- Pursuing a B.A or B.S Degree
- Emphasis on Marketing and Analytics/Statistics
Additional Information
The expected hourly pay range for this position is $21.75 - $25.00. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
