    Job Description

    The physical security analyst works in coordination with all production and services teams, and other security relays to ensure the safety of persons and physical assets.

    As Physical Security Analyst you will provide informational, functional and technical security expertise to ensure and enhance the current physical security posture within Ubisoft.

    Your main mission

    • Organizes and conducts physical security and life safety assessments in Ubisoft's objectives, on-site or remote. Participate in peer review for other security assessments.
    • Initiates and follows up plans to remedy the identified deficiencies together with the contact persons from the assessed sites. Provide expertise and technical-operational support for the implementation of measures.
    • Manages the implementation of physical security in projects of construction, renewal, or modification of Ubisoft spaces.
      • Acts as subject matter expert and point of contact.
      • Prepares or revises the solution for physical security systems, floorplans and bill of quantities.
      • Estimates or evaluates the security budget, and reviews technical-commercial offers.
      • Follows up the implementation of the solution, provides technical, legal, operational expertise, and ensures the correct implementation of physical security measures.
      • Collaborates with related teams.
    • Participate in the drafting and revision of global security policies and standards.
    • Check local procedures in accordance with global security policies and legislation in force. Provides support and expertise in the preparation of local security procedures and directives.
    • Provides support in the implementation of physical security measures at events, in communication and awareness campaigns.

    Qualifications

    The professional value you bring

    • Knowledge in access control, surveillance systems and IT technologies pertaining to the physical security field.
    •  Proven track record in working on physical security projects – systems concept, bill of quantities, tender evaluation or installation coordination. 
    • Be available outside of normal business hours for short periods in case of unforeseen events;
    • English language is required (oral/written).

    Nice to have

    • Degree, certification or training in security (ASIS PSP, etc.) is an asset;
    • Experience working with documentation submitted to the police department;
    • Knowledge of Romanian physical security and/or fire safety legislation.
