Founded in September 2017, Ubisoft Bordeaux works with passion on the biggest AAAA’s game in order to offer the best gaming experiences to our players. Job Description

As a Quality Analyst, you will provide constant support to the project as a whole by ensuring all changes submitted to the game are functional and to the expected level of quality.

What you will do

  • Be responsible for quality and stability of new game content, new features and upcoming releases
  • Work side-by-side with development teams in assisting bug investigation (reporting, reproduction, isolation) to ensure the title is achieving planned milestones
  • Perform daily tests, reports and monitor software errors (bugs) and game design problems in a bug database
  • Isolate and reproduce bugs to assess gravity and probability based on standards and suggest solutions
  • Give visibility at all times about the integration and functionality of the features
  • Proactively raise flags about risks, inconsistancies, flaws, etc... in features

Qualifications

What you will bring

  • Expertise in writing test-cases and setting up test procedures
  • Great understanding of development processes and the needs of different departments throughout a development cycle
  • Experience with defect & test case management tools (e.g. JIRA, TestRail, Xray) and with MS Office, Confluence, SharePoint
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and independent work style
